Yellow Fever Vaccination in Dublin

Travelling to Africa, Central America or South America?

Yellow fever vaccination may be recommended for travel to certain destinations, and some countries may require proof of yellow fever vaccination depending on your itinerary and previous travel.

At Trinity Clinic in Dublin city centre, you can book a yellow fever vaccination appointment and receive travel health advice based on your destination and travel plans.

Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate

If yellow fever vaccination is appropriate for your trip, your vaccination can be recorded on a Yellow Fever Certificate.

For international travel purposes, the certificate becomes valid 10 days after your yellow fever vaccination. Once valid, the certificate is valid for the lifetime of the person vaccinated.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

First, book a Travel Health Consultation. During your consultation, the doctor will review your travel itinerary, medical history and vaccination needs.

The doctor will advise whether the yellow fever vaccine is indicated for your trip and medically suitable for you. Yellow fever is a live vaccine and is not suitable for everyone.

If appropriate, the vaccine can be given at the same appointment.

The cost of the yellow fever vaccine is additional to the consultation fee and is payable if the vaccine is given.
